Flavor:
Sweet and light describe Pai-Mu-Tan. White tea doesn't have the bitterness that some black and green teas have as it is lightly oxidized, giving it a delicate flavor.
Ingredients
Organic Pai-Mu-Tan also known as White Tea
Instructions
Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling water.
Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

New customer
I have ordered white peony from another company for many years so i already knew I liked this particular one. However, the only one they have now is high caffeine. When I saw this one with low caffeine I bought a small amount to try it. Very good and I hope it really is low. Tastes great

Pai Mu Tan
I was so excited to find the availability of one of my favorite teas. It smells lovely, steeps well, but tastes like hot water. There's mild flavor, then there's no flavor. I'll drink it, but will look for another white tea in the future.
