New to tea

I am new to the world of tea. In the world 🌍 f sales as most know is very stressfulz. My go to’s after a long day was wine but I wanted to break that habit and bring in healthy habits. I’m day 17 of taking this tea. Before when it was close to bed time I would experience some serious itchiness all over my body. It would always happen before bed. For the last week I have not but also I am 6 weeks in no alcohol. Praise God. I have also dropped weight. I’m back under my goal weight. I can’t wait to see more benefits as I continue in my health journey.

Enjoying Dandelion Tea

I bought this for the benefits of dandelion and was expecting it to be a bitter tasting tea. It has mint in it as well and it was a nice surprise to have a refreshing flavor that is not bitter at all. I love mint so I am really enjoying this tea. If you don't like mint, you won't like this. I have gone through my bag quicker than I expected and will be ordering more soon.
